The Howard Hotel is located in the heart of Hudson in the burgeoning Below 3rd Historic District on Hudson’s famed Warren Street. After an extensive renovation and restoration this historic property has transformed into a modern elegant seven room & suites boutique hotel and restaurant

Built in 1790 this architectural gem was the first brick home built on Warren St, (originally ‘Main Street’), and constructed as the residence of Thomas Jenkins, one of the wealthiest early proprietors and founders of Hudson. In 1848 the ‘Misses’ Peake established the Hudson Seminary for Young Ladies attracting the vicinities most affluent young ladies for more than thirty years. Around 1878 the home once again became a family home and in 1894 became the hotel Graceland, and at the turn of the century became the Howard Hotel.

The Howard Hotel offers seven bright and spacious variety of en-suite rooms. Select from three queen rooms with sitting area, two king rooms with sitting and dining/work areas, and two one-bedroom units with full kitchen living and dining.

All of a modern design with reclaimed materials throughout offering an elegant and refined respite with mattress & bedding to melt into, marbled & tiled baths with locally crafted amenities chosen in an effort for sustainability and an effort to support our local businesses. We do not have any private event space and restrict any parties in our One bedroom suites to a maximum of 10 guests.
